Glad to welcome Laëtitia PIPAUD as Engineer in the Smart Plastics Group with the ambition to analyse the variation of volatiles emitted during fruit juice processing, using a nanoComposite transducer based e-nose !
Committed and curious, Laëtitia graduated in 2022 as a chemical engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie in Mulhouse (68).
She is currently working as a research engineer in the “Smart Plastics” group at IRDL CNRS 6027 in Lorient.
Her research focuses on the development of innovative nanocomposite-based sensors for medical and food applications.
Her studies have enabled her to acquire skills ranging from physico-chemical analysis to materials.
